Fr. Hastings was ordained to the Holy Priesthood in 2008 by Archbishop Elden Francis Curtiss. He has taught at St. John the Baptist High School in St. Louis, MO, and at Norfolk Catholic High School in Norfolk, NE. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Dallas in 2003 in economics and Master of Divinity and Master of Arts degrees from Kenrick-Glennon Seminary in St. Louis in 2009. His academic interests are in Church history and classical languages. Fr. Hastings preaches weekly in English and Spanish. His target time for preaching is four to six minutes.
